My original site, on FirstGiving, stopped partnering with MRF.  I had to find a new home for donations, so I made a Crowdrise page to donate to continue to donate to MRF.  That page is also closed at this time. At this time the only way to direct money to the Virtual Birthday Run is the PayPal link provided:

This is to purchase a Virtual Birthday Run medal. If you prefer that all funds go directly to melanoma research and you don't want a physical medal, please add that as a note.  Or if you want the medal and to add more money for research you may pay $18 plus the desired amount to go to the Melanoma Research Foundation. I will take all donations received and send them to MRF.
