What do I do?
Step one: Choose a person to run for from the birth date list.
Step two: purchase your medal. ("REGISTRATION" button at top of page)
Step three: wait for your medal to be mailed
Step four: Run, walk, hike, bike.... etc. on your chosen date/ within the month/ or week/ or even as a belated birthday gift.
(Remember, there are no hard and fast rules! Just do it for fun and for a good cause! We love you for even doing this!!)
Step five: Let us know what name you chose, and send a picture of you wearing your VBR medal to: virtualbirthdayrun@gmail.com
