Run 13.1 miles to celebrate your birthday! Or run for the birthday of a Melanoma Warrior or a Melanoma Angel (see the Birthdates page). Go to the registration link, and purchase a birthday cake medal and the proceeds will go to support Melanoma Cancer Research.
Don't worry, you don't have to run all 13.1 miles in one day. Take a week, or even a month! Do whatever challenges you and gets you motivated!
No, you don't have to run the whole time, you can walk too. You can even hike... bike... swim... or dance your way through the equivalent of 13.1 miles!
Or you can go ahead and do what I do, and run 13.1 at once with a few equally crazy running friends who just love you that much to do such a thing for you.
There are no hard and fast rules here, just have fun and feel good about donating to a worthy cause, melanoma research!
